What’s up guys? My name is Brent and welcome to another book Review here on my channel. Today we’re reviewing X, Multiply Your God-Given Potential by John Bevere. This is not the first time I’ve read this book. I’ve actually read this book in the past. This is the first time I thought of reviewing it.

This was published in November 17th, 2020. Now, right off the bat, you can tell this is a faith-based book. And you know what? It’s amazing. And whether you are a person or faith or not, I highly recommend this book, 10 out of 10. This is an amazing book, guys. I’ve already read this book. I’m reading it again and I’ll probably read it again.

X: Multiply Your God-Given Potential is an amazing book. So if you want the short version, this is an amazing book. Go to Amazon, buy it. Especially if you’re a person of faith, this will absolutely inspire you. John Bevere is a well-known author. He is written, I wanna say, over 20 books. Most of ’em are on the best sellers list internationally, internationally, and this one is no exception.

This is a phenomenal book. It’s got over a thousand reviews on Amazon alone and has outstanding ratings everywhere. Now let’s dive into this book. So to give you guys a little context, several years ago I went to a YouTube con conference. I went to not only a YouTube conference, I went to the YouTube conference the premier YouTube conference in the country.

And I’ll get to why I am. Saying that, so I flew to Las Vegas, spent three days down. I heard amazing speakers like Gary Vaynerchuk and Patrick Bet David. And Alex Ramzi all live along with a bunch of other phenomenal speakers, guys, which were just a few of the headliners. It was an amazing event during the conference.

The company putting on is a faith-based company and as a bonus to the conference on Sunday morning, because they are a faith-based company company, they wanna do something special for all the people who are faith-based. At the conference. And so they invited John Bevere to speak. And John Bevere speaking at a YouTube conference may have seemed odd except he was talking based out of his work in this book.

I got this book and guys, I spent thousands of dollars going to this conference. This book was the best thing that came outta that entire conference. Getting this book put in my hand, the first 200 people into the room. For the bonus keynote on Sunday morning, got a copy of this book for free. Guys, the thousands of dollars I spent on the conference, ’cause it cost a lot, was worth it to have this book in my hands.

I had never heard of John Bevere before and I probably wouldn’t have engaged in with the book as hard if I didn’t actually hear the man speak himself because I grew up going to. Faith-based conferences. My father was a conference director. I’ve been a conference director, and so I tune into speakers really well, and so listening to this man, John Bevere speak about using my talents that God has given me to get my message out there was huge, and I started reading the book before I ever left the conference.

Now, what is it about? Well. The title is pretty obvious, right? Multiply Your God-given potential. John Bevere comes at this talking about the talents that God has given you are the charismas, whatever you want to call them, and he dives much deeper in that. In the book, God has gifted everybody with a unique ability.

He is, there’s evidence of it all through the Bible, and John draws on that throughout the book that he created. He’s given all of us unique talents, and this talks about tapping into those talents, recognizing those talents and using them the way God intended them to be used and how life works if you don’t tap into that talent.

Now guys, this is a super, like, I love reading this book. I’ve been reading it again. Like I said, I’ve read this before. This is not my first time through it. I’ve been reading this book one chapter a morning every morning to help start my day off, right? I am falling in love with this book all over again.

For a faith-based individual, this is an utterly aspire inspiring work. If you’re not a faith-based individual, I still encourage you to give this book a chance. It is a really interesting perspective coming from outside of faith-based. To what this man has to say because you have talents, you have amazing gifts and talents in your life that really kind of disappear if you don’t use them.

And this gives answers why this shows you why. So whether you’re a faith-based individual or not, I still think this is a phenomenal book because it gives you a different perspective. And if you’ve listened to my podcast in the past or read some of my work. You know that I am really into perspective, that I think your perspective shapes everything.

I started years ago listening to a news station from a different perspective. I generally fall on the more conservative side of politics, and so I started listening to a more liberal side of politics news station because I wanted to hear their perspective. I wanted to understand. Why we disagreed, what their thoughts were behind it.

What, what the why was behind some of the things they were saying, right? I didn’t just wanna argue with somebody. I wanted to actually understand someone else’s perspective. Why? Because that helps me be a better person. If I can understand PE people’s perspectives better, that don’t agree with me, that makes me a better person.

It makes me able to communicate with people more effectively. If you’re not a faith-based person, this book will help you. Communicate with people who are faith-based. It will help you understand a different perspective on things. If you are a faith-based person, this will help you grow in your faith a lot.

This is probably the best book I’ve ever read on using the talents that God has given you, that God gave you from before you were on this earth, when he created with you, when he designed your life, and so. Guys, I gotta recommend you absolutely. Check out this book. John Bevere is a world class author, but he talks about how he even started writing because when he was coming up in college, he had like a 1.8 GPA, he had a horrible GPA and most of the damage was done in English.

He couldn’t write worth anything. And so when all of a sudden he was moved to write books. It really rattled his cage ’cause that was not any kind of talent he had ever had in his life. And now the man has written over 20 best speller sellers that have been translated to over a hundred languages. It, it’s an incredible story just to hear that part of the story.

If nothing else, to see what God can do with the talents he’s given you. If you let him. Guys, I absolutely encourage you to read X: Multiply Your God-Given Potential. Like I said, I’ve read it before. I’m reading it again. I’ll probably read it again. I think it will absolutely move mountains in your brain and it’ll help you understand if you are a faith-based individual, the fact that God has a plan for you and God has given you certain gifts and talents.

And like I said, if you’re not, it’s gonna give you a perspective and help you understand other people who are faith-based better. It’s also going to make you reexamining questions like. Does this make sense? Does this actually matter? Do I agree with this? Does this sound crazy? Right? There’s nothing wrong with absorbing in another perspective and understanding why people believe things and seeing it through someone else’s eyes.

So this may not be the average book I review on here, but guys, I love this book. This book encourages me. I think it will encourage you. I highly recommend checking X: Multiply Your God-Given Potential out. You can get it on Amazon. They now have an audiobook version of it. I’ve never listened to that. I’ve only ever read the book itself. I have a nice hardback copy.

And like I said, out of a multi-thousand dollar conference that I went to, this is the best thing I got outta that whole conference. I, I got a lot of good stuff out of it, guys, but honestly, this was the best thing. I got out of the entire trip to this conference in Vegas, listening to some of the best speak guys in YouTube and in business.

This is, this is the prize. This is, this is what I came away with. So I highly recommend the book X: Multiply Your God-Given Potential. by John Bevere. It’s got a big X on the cover. It’s a great book and I hope you guys enjoy it.
